It has charming fence lines, a magical tree swing, and soft, golden light in the evenings. But the very best part? This property is owned and cared for by a local special needs family, which makes it even more special to me. The terrain is flat and open, with space to roll, explore, and relax. It’s peaceful, personal, and perfect for families who want something rustic and real.

Eastman Park is a go-to spot for a reason. It has tons of trees for shade, winding paved pathways (hello, easy wheels!), and a beautiful bridge that crosses over the river. It’s a great spot for young families, seniors, and anyone who wants that balance of nature and accessibility. Plus, the lighting in the morning and early evening is so soft and flattering.
