Senior Session Spotlight: Claire’s Modern, Minimal, and Totally Creative Studio Shoot
There’s something magical about shooting in an all-white studio, and Claire’s senior session at 16th Street Studio in Greeley was the perfect example of why I love this kind of space so much. Clean, modern, and full of bright natural light, the studio is like a blank canvas that lets every personality, color, and moment shine.
An all-white studio is such a great option—especially during the winter months when we never quite know what Colorado weather will decide to do. Instead of freezing outdoors, we get a warm, controlled space that still feels airy and fresh. Minimalist setups keep the focus exactly where it should be: on the person in front of the camera. For seniors who want a bold, creative, or modern look, a space like this gives so much freedom to play.
16th Street Studio is one of my favorite hidden gems in Northern Colorado. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, minimalist backdrop that photographs beautifully, this little white studio is perfect. Whether you’re coming from Windsor, Severance, Greeley, or anywhere in Northern Colorado, it’s such a great option for winter photos when it’s too cold to be outside.
And then there’s Claire, a Severance High School senior and an amazing gymnast (as you’ll see in the photos!). She brought her strength, flexibility, and creativity into every pose. Pair that with a disco ball, bold outfits, and her fun, vibrant energy, and the entire session came alive. She showed up ready to move, experiment, and let her personality shine—and that’s exactly what happened.
Claire is the kind of senior girl who knows who she is and isn’t afraid to express it. She had a clear vision for what she wanted for her senior photos, and we built the session around celebrating her talent, style, and confidence. Between the dynamic gymnastics poses and the sparkle of the disco ball, she completely transformed the studio space.
